About My Clients
My clients are looking to get out of their own way relationally and in life. They accept the responsibility that all good relationships occur within the space of self regulation and full respect living. Healthy relationships are demanding of our time. Harvard Study of 2017 " Good Relationships influence the outcome of our health, wealth, happiness and longevity." Working with me clients learn a lot about their own power to influence their lives and the environment in which they live and work.
My Background and Approach
I teach my students and my clients how to be easy with themselves and those around them. How to establish good boundaries and develop good self worth/esteem so they can create the lives they are worthy of. Love and life are not easy and the sooner we become friendly with that concept and start to learn to manage ourselves the happier we become. I have seen so many of my clients and students discover who they were born to be. It's the biggest privilege to join them on that journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We live what we have learned as children and the relationships and behaviors we have been witness to during our lives. These experiences often leave us with behaviors that we have adapted to merely survive and/or get our needs met in our family of origin. When we get into relationships as adults these survival behaviors are the very ones we need to relinquish to get along with our partners. Growing up is hard to do when the only we learned about relationships was in our families. My tools help you move into functioning relationally as a mature adult and help you get along with your partner and family members.
