About My Clients
I have worked in the hospital settings with individuals experiencing both health and mental health issues. I have worked with those experiencing anxiety,low self esteem,mild depression,relationship issues and life challenges. I offer my clients a safe space so they can feel heard and supported. A treatment plan is created just for you.

I understand that making the decision to seek therapy can be scary, difficult and overwhelming. Together we will explore patterns that might be getting in the way of you experiencing life's enjoyment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live a happy life. My goal is to teach clients more effective coping skills.
