About My Clients
Many of my clients come to therapy during times of change, uncertainty, or emotional overwhelm. They may be struggling with anxiety, navigating a life transition, processing grief, or feeling stuck in patterns that are no longer serving them. Together, we work to gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools for moving forward. I work with adults throughout New York and provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
My Background and Approach
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and positive psychology to help clients better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to provide a supportive space where clients can gain insight while also developing practical tools for everyday life. Whether you're coping with anxiety, navigating a life transition, processing grief, or working through relationship concerns, my goal is to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are often more resilient than they realize. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and self-compassion. I value curiosity, personal growth, and meeting each person where they are. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
