About My Clients
I work best with clients with struggles such as anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relational problems, and inability to separate their value from their work. They might have some idea of their past experiences holding them back, but need some guidance on working through them in order to be the best version of themselves. My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist trained in psychodynamic work and EMDR therapy. I strive to provide safety through creating a warm, non-judgmental space. Through honest feedback as well as coping skills training, you will be equipped to dive deep and find understanding and grace for yourself. For those who are spiritually-minded, I can also offer faith integration in our work together. I also provide therapy in Mandarin and Cantonese.
