About My Clients

My Background and Approach
As a therapist, I believe that the main language of children is play. I use my training from Heartland Play Therapy to connect with children and adolescents. I provide a space for my clients to be heard and understood, a place where they can feel safe and can identify what they are feeling and heal their past to hopefully be able to better manage the present.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that emotions heal when they are witnessed and validated and that loving and accepting ourselves for who we are, scars and all, is one of the most courageous things we can do. You are worthy of love. I believe that therapy works when we are all committed to healing (therapist, child, and family). Change is possible.
