About My Clients
I love working with clients who are looking to achieve the best versions of themselves. I work with teenagers, young professionals and adults who need help managing life stressors and their effects on mental health.
My Background and Approach
Acceptance and commitment (ACT) This method helps patients deal with denial, helps patients navigate through difficult emotions. ACT helps patients focus on treatment as well as manage negative aspects of the problem. This ensures client participation in the treatment plan and leads to excellent health outcomes. Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) CBT affords clients the ability to learn practical self help strategies for modifying or changing unhelpful thoughts and behavior. The strategies and assignments are discussed during sessions for better time management.
