Living in todays world can create serious anxiety and stress. When you add personal struggles, family conflict, relationship concerns, and work pressure, your mind can become a place where worry spirals quickly. I help you sort through these burdens, understand what fuels your anxiety, and learn practical tools to calm your body, regulate your thoughts, and feel more grounded day to day.

If you find yourself in power struggles with your child or notice anger, anxiety, attention issues, or big feelings they cannot explain, I can help. I use play therapy, CBT, DBT, and developmentally supportive approaches to build emotional regulation, coping skills, and confidence. I also collaborate closely with parents so you feel equipped to support your childs healing, growth, and healthy relationships at home and school.

Trauma often hides beneath protective layers that once kept you safe. When these layers stay active, your body can stay on high alert and everyday moments may feel overwhelming. I create a safe space where you can gently explore your story at your own pace, learn how to feel safe in your body again, understand your triggers, and build the emotional skills needed to process and heal from past or present trauma.

I believe the body carries our history, emotions, and trauma, even when the mind tries to move on. Many people overlook the messages their body is sending. Somatic work helps reconnect you with your physical sensations so you can understand what your system needs to feel safe. By incorporating grounding, breathwork, and mindful awareness, we support both cognitive and body based healing. This creates long lasting change by helping your nervous system settle and feel regulated again.

I see every person as a whole being made up of many parts. We are not just one feeling or one reaction, which is why we can know something logically yet still feel anxious or hurt. With IFS, we learn to understand these parts with curiosity and compassion. Instead of fighting against our inner world, we build a relationship with it. This helps clients reduce shame, understand their inner conflicts, and create space for deeper healing, emotional balance, and self leadership.

I use play therapy to help children express what words cannot. My experience in a child advocacy center and a child therapy practice, along with research and training, allows me to create a safe space for children to process trauma, explore emotions, and make sense of their world. Through play, children build independence, autonomy, confidence, self esteem, and healthy coping skills. This approach honors the way children naturally communicate and supports growth at their developmental level.
