About My Clients
I serve ages 4-104, including those with mood or relational issues. If you are searching for a safe space to process life's ups-and-downs, I encourage you to contact me for a brief phone consultation to determine if I would be a good fit for your needs.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Capella University in 2009, earning a Masters in Human Services with a concentration in Marital Couple and Family Counseling/Therapy. In 2012, I passed the National Counseling Exam, and became a Board Certified Counselor. Over the years, I have completed over 100 hours of continuing education, and earned additional certificates, including those in LGBTQ Competencies and Psychological First Aid. In 2019, I opened my private practice in Cheshire, CT. While I have been trained in a variety of modalities, I tend to favor a strength-based, solution-focused approach. Much of my work has focused on children and families; however, I also offer services to individuals throughout the lifespan, as well as groups on specific issues.
