As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in helping clients navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem challenges. My background includes over five years as a School Counselor in Georgia and experience in private practice, giving me a broad perspective on supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My approach blends Humanistic principles, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness practices, and Solution-Focused techniques, all designed to foster healing, resilience, and growth. I strive to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your goals. Together, we will build on your strengths, develop practical strategies, and help you move toward greater balance and well-being.
