About My Clients

You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in anxiety, or unsure of who you are in this season of life. You might be navigating transitions, relationship patterns, or identity exploration. You’re insightful, curious, and ready for change—but you don’t want to do it alone. I love working with individuals seeking meaningful self-understanding, more ease in their nervous system, and a way forward that feels sustainable and grounded.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and the founder of PaxThera, a private practice grounded in trauma-informed, relational care. My work integrates somatic practices, EMDR, acceptance-based approaches, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to support clients in understanding the roots of anxiety, identity, and emotional patterns. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and feeling disconnected from themselves. My practice is neurodivergent-friendly and shaped by a deep respect for each client’s unique lived experience. I offer both weekly therapy and therapy intensives for those seeking focused, in-depth support. My goal is to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your values, and more connected to your authentic self.
