About My Clients
It is often scary and unsettling to reach out for help, to a total stranger, and accept support. Once a relationship has been established, it is my genuine life's honor to watch people grow from unsure to confident, in whatever way that looks for them. That might be coming out of a depressed or anxious state, becoming more self aware, and/or setting boundaries to help keep their peace. It can, and will, look different for everyone, but being along on the journey is a real privilege.

I have been working in the field of counseling and life coaching for over 12 years. I specialize in guiding individuals, families, and new parents through major life changes, including postpartum and complex transitions. My approach is rooted in authenticity and non-judgment. I believe in creating a safe space where you can truly be yourself, fostering trust and acceptance. Together, we'll explore your unique journey, moving from uncertainty to confidence, whether that means managing anxiety, lifting depression, building self-awareness, or setting healthy boundaries. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My ability to hold space for people of all walks of life has always been one of my Super Powers. My non-judgemental nature and openness are also key factors in helping my clients feel they can relate to me. My authenticy also allows my clients to see they are working with another human being on her own journey through life. I love the idea "that we are all in this together," as a life motto, but also a head space to come from while working. I try and teach my kids, myself, and my clients that we are here on Earth to help those we can, because "we're all in this together." Tooting my own horn: I'm also pretty hilarious. I find that humor can be healing and help move through difficult times.
