In addition to being a Licensed Therapist, I am also a Certified Life Coach. I can help you change things in a positive direction and help you be a happier and more satisfied person. I collaborate with my clients to find the best treatment for them. I offer individual counseling for teenagers and adults dealing with difficult life issues such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, as well as Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD. I help empower my clients to change their negative thinking patterns to a more positive, productive way of thinking to help them feel stronger, safer, happier and more confident. I offer a warm, safe, environment free of judgement and completely confidential.
