About My Clients
I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance use, relationship issues, and co-occurring concerns. We will work collaboratively to explore the roots of what you're going through, while building practical tools to manage and befriend emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and create lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My background includes nearly two years of providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy in residential treatment, supporting adults navigating substance use, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. I have also worked as a therapist in a high school setting, supporting teens through challenges related to anxiety, depression, identity, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we feel understood and supported. I integrate principles from psychodynamic and existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to explore both the challenges you are facing today and the deeper patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we will work to better understand your experiences, build awareness of your strengths, develop new ways of coping, and create meaningful change.
