I specialize in helping people who want to break free from cycles of anxiety, low self-worth, and unhelpful relationship patterns. I often work with teens, young adults, and men who feel pulled in different directions—longing for change but unsure how to get there. My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and specialized training in marriage and family therapy. I am also Level 1 trained in the Gottman Method for couples and have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, identity development, and self-esteem. My background includes community mental health and pediatric palliative care, which taught me the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces for healing. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, psychodynamic exploration, and cognitive-behavioral tools, always tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. Whether you are processing trauma, navigating anxiety, struggling with self-doubt, or working to improve your relationships, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and build the confidence to create lasting change.
