About My Clients

I specialize in helping people who want to break free from cycles of anxiety, low self-worth, and unhelpful relationship patterns. I often work with teens, young adults, and men who feel pulled in different directions—longing for change but unsure how to get there. My role is to help you uncover your strengths and build the tools to move forward with confidence.

My Background and Approach

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and specialized training in marriage and family therapy. I am also Level 1 trained in the Gottman Method for couples and have extensive experience working with trauma, anxiety, identity development, and self-esteem. My background includes community mental health and pediatric palliative care, which taught me the importance of creating safe, supportive spaces for healing. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic approaches, psychodynamic exploration, and cognitive-behavioral tools, always tailoring therapy to each person’s needs. Whether you are processing trauma, navigating anxiety, struggling with self-doubt, or working to improve your relationships, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and build the confidence to create lasting change.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
