I work with individuals, adolescents, families, seniors, and support groups. I begin by meeting you at your place of growth or healing, and whether it be trauma, abuse, grieving, recovery or life issues, I work with the client to overcome them. My work involves those seeking help with stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, LGBTQ issues, trauma and aging.
My Background and Approach
I am a marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience as a Psychotherapist and as a Director of numerous nonprofits in CA. I earned my Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles. Using evidence-based methods, I will help you reach the goals and the connections you deserve with sensitivity and compassion. I am creative in finding what might be blocking your full potential and feelings to bring you to reach your goals and connections that you deserve.
