I have experience working in Community Based Outpatient Mental Health Centers. I work with individuals and families coping with life transitions, especially chronic health conditions, neurocognitive impairment, stress, anxiety, grief, and burnout.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) and Clinical Art Therapist at Foresight West Los Angeles. I received my Master's Degree in Marriage Family Therapy with an emphasis in Art Therapy at Loyola Marymount University. My work is grounded in client-centered and emotion-focused therapy. My interests in spirituality, art therapy, mindfulness, and compassion practices influence my work with clients. As a therapist, I am passionate about assisting clients in cultivating their resilience, self-compassion, well-being, self-understanding, and ultimately creating a meaningful and fulfilling life.
