About My Clients

Do you feel like your mind never slows down? Struggle to stay focused, manage emotions, or connect in your relationships? Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, mood swings, grief, or family stress, you’re not alone. I work with people who feel overwhelmed but want real tools and lasting change. Together, we’ll use proven strategies to quiet the chaos, strengthen connection, and help you feel more like yourself again.

My Background and Approach

For 16 years, I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My approach is direct, participatory, and relaxed. We’ll do the hard work to understand the deeper patterns driving your distress—but I also believe therapy shouldn’t feel like another source of pressure. I’ll teach you practical tools to manage your emotions, shift unhelpful habits, and strengthen your relationships. I value connection and believe therapy works best when there’s trust, mutual respect, and a sense of ease in the room. Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard and supported, but also gently challenged to grow. If you're feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I’ll help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and guide you toward real, lasting change. Not sure if we’re the right fit? I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation—let’s talk.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe real change happens in a space built on warmth, trust, and respect. I don’t see my clients as a diagnosis—I see their strengths, their story, and their capacity to grow. I value the connection between therapist and client and work to create a relaxed, collaborative space where you feel safe being yourself. I’m direct, participatory, and casual in my style—we’ll do meaningful work without making therapy feel like another stressor. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles they can’t quite explain. Together, we’ll explore those patterns, understand where they come from, and build tools for change. I strive to meet each client where they are and empower them to move forward in a way that aligns with their goals and values. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, ADHD, grief, or relationship stress, I’ll walk beside you—not ahead of you—with genuine care and a deep respect for your unique path.
