About My Clients
I believe that clients who come to therapy are seeking answers that already lie within them.
My Background and Approach
I like to see myself as a guide to help you find those answers. However, therapy can be hard work, so expect me to challenge and push you at times- and please, challenge and push me back! This is a collaborative process in which I will walk alongside you every step of the way. Suffering in this life is inevitable, but you don't have to go through it alone and, as you'll find out, it actually holds a lot of value. In the wise words of Thich Nhat Hanh, "suffering is a kind of mud to help the lotus flower of happiness grow. There can be no lotus flower without the mud."
