About My Clients

I believe that therapy is a place to transform and heal through the power of the therapist-client relationship. I focus on getting to know you, your unique situation, your strengths, and areas you want to grow in. I know the power of relationships, and in our sessions you will learn how relationships can create new emotional experiences and help you begin to heal.
