About My Clients
Are you processing your story and looking for a safe person to sit with you in your emotions? It is the joy of my work to sit with my clients as they process their stories and how emotions are felt in their bodies. I consider it an honor to walk with clients through any stage of life, whether that's childhood, young adulthood, marriage, or further into adulthood.
My Background and Approach
My focus is on what you need and providing you with those tools to have those needs met. I specialize in a client-centered approach and often use Internal Family Systems therapy to help you understand your emotions as "parts," or members of your internal family. For children, I use what I like to think is the child version of a client-centered approach, which is Child-Centered Play Therapy.
