About My Clients
I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults grow, and move through life’s difficulties. I believe that when people can shift the way they see themselves and their challenges they will start to feel better. Their quality of life will improve, as they live in the world as the best version of themselves.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Masters of Social Work from The University of Utah, am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as well as a Certified Synergetic Play Therapy Certificate. I am trained in Somatic Experiencing, Sand Tray Therapy, Theraplay, Developmental Repair, The Safe and Sound Protocol Emotional Freedom Technique, and Internal Family Systems. I am passionately committed to lifelong learning and finding new techniques and methods to best support the people I have the honor of working with.

I am an advocate for destigmatizing mental health and for addressing larger structural issues that contribute to poor mental health.
