My Background and Approach
Therapy with me is compassionate, consistent, collaborative, and creative. My approach centers authenticity, empowerment, and trauma-informed care, grounded in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. We will work together to challenge your inner critic and celebrate the parts of you that may be ready to come out of hiding. My role is not to have all the answers but to offer tools, validation, and curiosity needed to support you in developing self-trust, identifying your strengths and desires, and reconnecting with your authentic self. You will feel heard, attuned with, believed, believed-in, celebrated, and advocated for.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy alone is not always enough; as a social worker, I recognize that we live in a world filled with injustice, and I believe in your right to express and process the grief of that reality. Facilitating this reparative work is central to my practice and my commitment to social justice, cultural humanity, and anti-racism. You deserve to experience therapy as a place where you feel trusted in your lived experience, your inner wisdom, and your capacity for growth.
