About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, caring women and parents who expected this stage of life to feel joyful but instead feel anxious, overwhelmed, or on edge. You might struggle with intrusive thoughts, constant worry, or difficulty relaxing, especially around your or your child’s health. You’re used to holding it all together, but inside it feels exhausting—and you’re ready for relief.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, while also focused on helping you make meaningful changes. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and education about how anxiety works to help you understand why your mind gets stuck in worry loops and how to step out of them. We’ll work together to gently shift patterns like overthinking and checking, so you can feel more present, more confident, and less controlled by anxiety.
