About My Clients
I am experienced with working with a wide array of clients and problems. Currently I focus on adults and geriatrics experiencing issues such as depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, grief and loss, adjustment and change, and stress management. I welcome people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, socio-economic statuses, sexualities and beliefs. I look forward to hearing from you and getting to know you as we work together to reach your goals.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with a Private Independent Practice certification in the state of Alabama. I have been in practice since 2004. I have a diverse background and likewise a diverse approach to therapy. I cater my therapeutic intervention to each individual client, commonly pulling from CBT, DBT, and Humanistic Therapy.
