About My Clients
You might find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about how others see you, or feeling overwhelmed in relationships. Anxiety can live in your mind and your body, leaving you tense, reactive, or emotionally shut down. Many of my clients carry stress or attachment wounds from earlier experiences and want to feel calmer, more secure, and more connected in their relationships and in themselves.
My Background and Approach
The tools I bring to therapy come from years of training and experience working with anxiety, trauma, and attachment patterns. In our work together, we focus on understanding what is happening in your nervous system when stress, overwhelm, or relationship triggers arise. We start with what you are experiencing right now. Together we explore how your thoughts, emotions, and body responses interact, and how earlier experiences may still be shaping your reactions today. As these patterns become clearer, you begin to develop new ways of responding with awareness rather than feeling stuck in old cycles. I integrate trauma-informed therapy, attachment-focused work, mindfulness, and body-based practices to help your nervous system experience greater safety and regulation. Over time, many clients find they feel calmer in their body, more confident in their relationships, and better able to navigate life’s challenges with steadiness and self-trust.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through safety, connection, and understanding how our experiences shape the nervous system. Many of the struggles people face with anxiety, overwhelm, or relationship patterns are not personal failures. They are adaptive responses the body developed to cope with stress or unmet needs earlier in life. When we approach these patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, meaningful change becomes possible. My work is deeply influenced by both Western psychology and Eastern practices such as mindfulness, meditation, and body awareness. Through travel and training, I have developed a strong appreciation for approaches that support the mind body connection and help people feel more grounded and present. Outside of therapy, I value time in nature, movement, and experiences that encourage reflection and growth. These practices continue to shape the way I show up in my work and in my own life.
