About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples across the US who care deeply about their partnerships but feel stuck—whether as partners turning into roommates, struggling with mismatched desire, sexual anxiety, shame, or emotional distance. My work especially focuses on healing relational betrayals, sexual dysfunction or difficulty, exploring sexuality or navigating identity, or simply longing for greater vulnerability, more authentic pleasure, and the safe, intimate relationships you've been missing.
What I Specialize In
As a Licensed Psychologist and AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist with over a decade of experience, I specialize exclusively in couples and sex therapy. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Human Sexuality from Widener University, along with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and trauma-informed care. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. I meet you with genuine curiosity and compassion while gently challenging old patterns so we can create new ways of connecting. Whether we’re rebuilding emotional safety, healing sexual shame or anxiety, navigating desire differences, or exploring kink, gender, or identity, I create a space where you feel truly seen and supported. Together, we’ll slow down, unpack what’s keeping you stuck, and move toward greater intimacy, authentic pleasure, and the closeness you’ve been longing for—in your relationships and with yourself.
My Values as a Therapist
We aren’t born knowing how to relate or connect emotionally — it’s a skill and a language we have to learn. Learning to express needs, listen with safety, and respond with care doesn’t always feel easy or natural at first, but in a supportive space it becomes possible — and deeply rewarding. I believe therapy should be a truly safe and affirming space for every person, regardless of gender, sexuality, relationship structure, or identity. My practice is proudly LGBTQIA+ allied, trans affirming, kink-friendly, and sex-positive. I view sex as a vital, beautiful part of human connection and self-expression rather than something shameful or narrowly defined. Whether you’re exploring desire, healing shame, embracing kink, navigating non-monogamy, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body and relationships, you’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment. Whoever you are and however you show up, you are welcome here.
