About My Clients
I come in and can help pick up the pieces that our once-trusted loved ones failed us. It is never too late to adopt our own opinions and to choose what we want for our lives without fear of judgment. I hope that through our time together I can help you feel set free.
My Background and Approach
I graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine in July 2017 with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently completing my degree in Clinical Psychology and will graduate next year with my PsyD. I can help by being a listening ear I offer specialties in Brainspotting, EMDR, ERP for OCD, Imago Couples Therapy, Career counseling, and Gottman I Couples Counseling, and I love working with trauma., anxiety, depression, and stressors of daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You should never expect to be happy all of the time, it is not realistic. Truthfully, I would never claim to be perfect or from an ideal family, marriage, or community. Things always come up and most of us are not (thankfully) exposed to the darker realities of life until we become adults. However, that is not the case for many.
