I specialize in work with developmental as well as single-incident trauma, particularly sexual abuse and borderline personality disorder. I believe trauma shows up in many ways and am here to support you as you work through depression, anxiety, anger, panic and compulsive behaviors or thoughts. I am a certified EMDR therapist and DBT practitioner.

Being in the world can be hard *and* I believe the universe is abundant. My work focuses on supporting individuals on their journey of healing, growth and actualization. I provide a safe and comfortable space to explore and process whatever past or current concerns are disconnecting you from your life path. My goal is to help young adults and adults resolve trauma and fully engage in the life you choose. I use humor and positivity in my work and am an enthusiastic podcast listener and consumer of audiobooks.
