About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions—particularly those who tend toward overthinking, perfectionism, self-criticism, or avoidance. I also work with clients exploring questions of faith, identity, and meaning, offering support for those experiencing shifts or struggles in their spiritual or religious life.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, curious, and collaborative. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This means our sessions may involve exploring the different “parts” of you, uncovering the deeper roots of your struggles, and developing practical tools to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. If therapy feels intimidating, that’s okay. I want to work with you exactly as you are. My goal is for our work to feel steady, approachable, and paced in a way that feels right for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping people find clarity, self-compassion, and balance in their lives. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves, so I work to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure. In our work together, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and practical support. I’ll listen deeply and meet you where you are. I’ll also gently challenge patterns that keep you stuck. My goal is to help you build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and move toward lasting change in your relationships, work, and sense of self.
