About My Clients

I provide client-centered counseling to adults, couples, families, and groups. Telehealth only. Sliding scale pricing available on request.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. I obtained my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, and have practiced counseling at JFL & Associates for two years. I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups on issues ranging from anxiety, depression, career and relationship issues, to substance use and suicidality. My approach to counseling is client-centered and incorporates elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with the goal of empowering clients to act on their personal values and build a more meaningful life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe a multicultural, antiracist perspective is key to effective & ethical counseling. I believe that gender-affirming care can be life-saving care. I advocate a harm reduction approach to substance use. (To learn more, visit https://harmreduction.org)
