Clinical issues that I help my clients heal from include trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, I help those living with PTSD and couples and families working on improving connection or managing conflict.
My Background and Approach
Hello! My name is Anna and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida. I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them improve relationships, heal attachment injuries and increase confidence to achieve personal goals with a gentle, collaborative, down-to-Earth approach. I incorporate techniques from a variety of therapeutic models, including Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, the Gottman Method and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I adjust clinical methods based on each client's unique story and goals for therapy. My specialties include couples' therapy, women's issues, and existential challenges (human experiences/exploration of mortality). I'm a LGBTQIA+ affirming and Safe-Space trained professional.
