At this time therapy is provided via teleheath with the option of either videoconferencing or telephone based. Self empowerment and personal growth is essential in living a productive, happy day to day life. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Frequently the most difficult part of the process is accepting that some changes need to be made to live a more fulfilling lifestyle and I am here to be a beneficial and helpful addition.
My Background and Approach
I am a believer that therapy is most effective in a collaborative, empathetic setting without any judgment or pressure. Therapy is specifically based on each client and the desired goals for the present moment.

There are times when we all need validation and someone to talk to without fear of judgment or criticism. Life can be difficult at times and I would love to help provide some support and guidance.
