About My Clients
My clients are diverse! I have a hard time with picking a niche, because I love all walks of life and have found joy in working with all types of folx! I'd say the people are work best with enjoy creativity and humor, and are striving to balance that with a deeper understanding of themselves, their story, and their values.
My Background and Approach
Do you find yourself stressed out and overwhelmed, wishing you could put the puzzle pieces of your life together? My focus is to help you navigate unexpected changes, increase self-compassion, and develop strategies that allow you to get what you want out of relationships. I love helping people create a life for themselves that satisfies their individual needs and desires. I enjoy working with a variety of ages and backgrounds, and primarily work with late teens/college-age students, young adults, parents, and artists/creatives who have anxiety, depression, or are feeling really overwhelmed by stressors. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Board Certified Art Therapist, I have a range of talk therapy approaches to help people reach their goals. I can also use art therapy and creative writing approaches if a client is interested. You decide where you'd like to grow, and I will help by offering a variety of techniques to help you get there.
