About My Clients

You may be adjusting to parenthood, healing after loss, or feeling the weight of carrying so much for others. Perhaps you’re navigating relationship challenges, old behavioral patterns, or the changes that come with big life transitions. I support clients through the profound identity shifts of conception, pregnancy, birth, loss, and the ongoing journey of becoming a parent. I also work with those seeking to break cycles and individuate from an unhealthy family of origin.

My Background and Approach

For many of my clients, becoming a parent, healing after loss, or breaking old family patterns can feel overwhelming and lonely. In our work together, I’ll help you make sense of these changes and give you tools to feel more grounded, connected, and supported in your daily life. We’ll start by focusing on what’s happening right now - whether it’s the exhaustion of postpartum life, the pain of grief, or the stress of carrying so much for others. Over time, we’ll also look at deeper patterns, so you can better understand where they come from and how to move forward differently. I bring specialized training in perinatal and maternal mental health, along with years of experience supporting people through big life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical — my goal is for you to leave each session with both a sense of relief and something you can carry into the week ahead.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

My practice affirms and centers those who hold marginalized identities, including queer, trans, and BIPOC clients. Here, you don’t need to shrink, explain away, or compartmentalize any part of yourself; you’re invited to show up as you are: tender, tangled, healing, whole. Together, our work focuses on liberation, softness, and the radical act of becoming more fully yourself. Outside of my work, I am married and a mother to two young daughters. I find peace in quiet moments—watching birds, walking through green spaces, savoring a cup of coffee, or creating through photography and painting. I hold progressive values and care deeply about raising my daughters in a world that reflects their inherent worth, dignity, and strength.
