My style tends to be psychodynamic and exploratory in nature, relying on curiosity and open-ended questions that get to the root of what's going on in your life.

I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents impacted by trauma and their parents or caregivers. TF-CBT can be a good fit for children 3-18 years old who have experienced a potentially traumatic event.

As a white, cisgender clinician, I consider it essential to be anti-racist and anti-oppressive in my work. This isn’t a passive pursuit for me; I spend a lot of time and energy thinking about the larger systems that determine who has money, power, and privilege in our world, and my own role in that. This is a big part of what drove me to study social work.
