About My Clients
I work with LGBTQIA youth, adults, and their families, and with folks of all identities looking to find relief from trauma, anxiety and depression. I tailor my style to meet your goals, but often incorporate parts-work, nature-based therapies, and somatic techniques that move from cognitive processing to a more embodied sense of safety and transformation.
My Background and Approach
My clinical education and background involve working with LGBTQIA youth, adults, and their families, and with folks of all identities. I tailor my style to meet the goals of each client, but often incorporate parts-work, somatic techniques, and nature-based therapies - including equine-assisted psychotherapy. As a clinician, I find that integrating the body into therapeutic work helps clients move from cognitive processing of trauma to a more embodied sense of safety and transformation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer-identified clinician, I know the importance of having space to talk about the stressors and joys associated with having marginalized identities, and believe change happens most when clients feel safe, seen, and affirmed—whether or not identity is the focus. I am outspoken about my passion for partnering with trans and non-binary clients in ways that prioritize self-determination and empowerment.
