About My Clients
I work primarily with adolescents, their families, and the LGBTQIA+ community toward whatever goals you have for therapy. I also welcome clients navigating religious trauma, faith transitions, or questions surrounding spirituality and meaning-making, and strive to create a space that is affirming of all faiths, beliefs, and identities.
My Background and Approach
My approach is informed by Narrative and Emotionally Focused Therapy, as well as my doctoral work in Marriage and Family Therapy. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and grounded in hope, where you can explore your experiences and begin to move toward meaningful change. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d be glad to connect. I provide online therapy services to clients across Texas.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe showing up exactly as they are. My work is deeply informed by my experiences growing up in Texas, working with adolescents and families, and engaging in research surrounding LGBTQIA+ mental health and religious trauma. I am passionate about creating affirming, culturally responsive care for people navigating identity, relationships, faith transitions, and life changes. I welcome clients from all faith backgrounds, spiritual traditions, and belief systems, including those who are questioning, deconstructing, or rebuilding their sense of meaning and identity. I value authenticity, collaboration, and curiosity, and I strive to create a therapeutic space that honors each person’s unique story and lived experience.
