My goal is for you to gain clarity on what you want in life and help you achieve it.

My Background and Approach

Personally and professionally, I am tender, gentle, and intuitive. My natural proclivities for an ethereal and feelings-oriented approach to therapy are balanced by my prior professional background in science and strategic, corporate work. The intersectionality I hold between intuition and structured thinking has granted me versatility in how I support clients, and I enter every new relationship with utmost curiosity while we learn together what is most supportive to you.
