About My Clients
Our highly trained, licensed and pre-licensed therapists, counselors, and social workers offer a variety of experience which enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, group therapy, college/graduate students and various forms of relational needs (ENM, friends, premarital, LGBTQ, workforce, etc.).
My Background and Approach
Our staff may utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Thought Field Therapy (tapping), Solution Focus, Narrative Therapy, Infant Massage, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). We provide various strategies for processing trauma, in addition to traditional talk therapy, such as sand tray, dyadic art, therapeutic play, etc. We also focus on relational systems and assist each member in creating mindfulness in their choices. We work on identifying generational patterns that contribute to behaviors and patterns. Our staff are trained in Ethical Non-monogamy and are LGBTQIA+ affirming. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
All of our therapists, counselors, and social workers are allies in the LGBTQIA+ community. We utilize affirming techniques and strategies to educate each other in the delicate nature of using the proper pronouns and respecting each individual's right to choose their identity. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
