My Background and Approach
I have an extensive training background in both traditional and process brain based therapies. I studied with Dr. Gabor Mate, Dr. Gerald Epstein and other highly qualified mental health professionals to gain my own knowledge in this field. Challenges can often be treated not only from the mind but also trough body/mind practices, which have provided more successful results.
