About My Clients
I help children, adults, teens, caregivers & teams reconnect to purpose, balance, and self-care through OT-informed, holistic support.
My Background and Approach
With a Master’s in Occupational Therapy and a public health foundation, I blend clinical experience with a wellness-focused lens. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that meaningful activity is essential to healing and growth. Whether working with individuals, groups, or organizations, I create personalized, accessible experiences that support emotional regulation, self-care, and daily life balance. I incorporate holistic methods including mindfulness, movement, equine connection, and lifestyle design—grounded in evidence-based OT principles and real-world practicality.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that self-care is a necessity, not a luxury, and that meaningful activities (occupations) are the foundation of well-being. Every person deserves access to supportive spaces that honor their unique lived experience. I believe healing happens through connection—to ourselves, to others, to nature, and to our daily routines. As an occupational therapist, I value the power of empowerment through doing—whether that’s grooming a horse, preparing a meal, practicing mindfulness, or showing up for a group session. I’m committed to holding space for transformation through compassion, curiosity, and collaboration.
