About My Clients

Its ok to not be ok. Often times we say we are fine, when inside things are bubbling like a pot of hot water; or things are so dark that it feels impossible to see a life that brings peace and security. When working with me we collaboratively come up with goals that will lead you to the peace and security you seek within your life. This could look like addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, conflict within relationships.

My Background and Approach

I work from a mindset that you are the expert of your own life. I utilize modalities that are trauma-informed and evidence-based such as CBT. I find great value in attachment theory and Internal Family Systems.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The virtual space I provide to conduct therapy in is accepting and celebratory of all humans, including LGBTQ+ individuals and CNM
