About My Clients

My Background and Approach
I've supported many in overcoming a variety of concerns yet my clinical focus has been eating disorders, addictive behaviors, trauma, and how this impacts self and relationships. I've worked at almost every level of care: residential, partial hospital, intensive outpatient and outpatient. Due to this, I've gained many tools to help meet your needs and individualized goals. I utilize an integrative client-centered approach. I am also trained in EMDR which is highly effective for trauma and painful memories and experiences.
