About My Clients
I identify as a BIPOC and love working with minorities in addition to people from all walks of life. As a clinician with mental health issues myself (yes we have issues too) I have a unique understanding of being neurodiverse. On the other hand, If you are codependent and hate that you are that way but there is an inner child wound that has not been healed let me step in and guide you to being a healthier individual, ready for love.
My Background and Approach
I have a passion for working with older adults, teenagers, and individuals with trauma history, and marital issues that individuals face. I work with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, perinatal mental health issues, life stage/transitions, trauma, and self-esteem in women and men. I work utilizing a CBT, CBT-I, and DBT.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Have you ever experienced your mind going constantly? Having difficulties sitting still? Do you love fidget toys? Do you struggle or are you called "lazy" by family, spouse, or roommates? Lacking motivation but have tons of ideas in your head that you cannot seem to get started on? Do you experience career challenges and feel the need to be entertained at all moments? If so, it would appear we are a great fit.Situational based depression is all too common as well as unresolved trauma histories that shape our behavior and relationships with others.
