About My Clients
I work with professionals facing anxiety, self-doubt, and life transitions. With an existential lens, I help clients explore meaning, identity, and change—whether you’re questioning your career, relationships, or what comes next. Together, we’ll find a way forward.
My Background and Approach
In the first decade of the 2000s, I attended Stanford Law School and practiced corporate law in large firms, so I understand the pressures of high-achieving careers and the toll they can take. My training in existential therapy helps clients explore meaning, identity, and purpose—especially during times of uncertainty or change. Whether you're facing career uncertainty, relationship challenges, or general feelings of being stuck, I provide direct, practical therapy to help you gain clarity and move forward. I also have training in CBT-I for insomnia, helping clients struggling with sleep issues. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands both professional and personal challenges, I offer a thoughtful, engaged approach tailored to your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value curiosity, critical thinking, and human connection in my work. My approach to therapy is grounded in an existential perspective, helping clients explore meaning, identity, and purpose in a way that aligns with their own values and experiences. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
