About My Clients
Throughout our lifetime, we will experience a wide variety of stressors and events that may impact us one way or another. Although these personal experiences are purely subjective and unique, it is essential to know that you are not alone. Help is available and you deserve the opportunity to live your own version of a life worth living. Your mental health is equally important as your physical health and I believe in counseling there is no problem that is too small.
My Background and Approach
Whether you are experiencing overwhelming feelings of anxiety, depression, or negative behaviors, exploring these issues can initiate the first step toward personal growth. My clinical experience includes working with clients of various ages in an inpatient setting. This experience has provided me with valuable knowledge and exposure to the many factors that play a role in mental health treatment. Choosing to attend therapy is an accomplishment in itself and as a future counselor in training, I would be honored to be a part of your mental health journey.
