About My Clients
My clients are adults, young adults and older adolescents who find themselves at a crossroad or feel stuck and are looking for help to move forward. They may be struggling with anxiety, grief or loss, or are at another transition point in their life. I have a special focus on those dealing with postpartum or perinatal mental health.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in CT since 2009 with a MA degree in Clinical Psychology. My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, collaborative and goal-oriented. I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I use evidence-based treatment with foundations in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you learn new skills to make lasting change. I have training in helping people who are struggling with anxiety, including social anxiety, phobias, panic and general stress. I also have additional training in complicated grief and can help people who have been struggling to move forward from a difficult loss.
