I'm not going to lie to you and tell you this process is easy, because nothing great come easy, but I will be honest and tell you that with your consistent work and efforts, finding your personal peace and joy is obtainable. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist you in regaining control over your thinking and repattern your behaviors in order to reach your desired goals. I also lean on Attachment Theories and the understanding of relationship dynamics, along with a little neuroscience and neurobiology along the way. Although this is work, I hope to laugh often while you rebuild you!

I believe in fairness, equality for all, and am an advocate for children. I'm a transplant and dream of traveling to grand locations, but am happy just checking out neighboring states and absorbing nature and culture. I cuss like a sailor, sneeze like a dragon, and take more pictures than I will ever print. When I'm not working, I'm spending time with family, grilling out with friends, swimming, reading, or exploring cool places.
