About My Clients
I work with teens, young adults, and women navigating life's transitions. I especially enjoy supporting neurodivergent teens and young adults as they build confidence, manage anxiety, strengthen self-advocacy skills, and prepare for the future. Many of my clients are exploring college and career decisions, adjusting to new life stages, or seeking greater clarity, balance, and purpose. Together, we create a supportive space for growth, insight, and meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I work with teens, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, life transitions, identity development, relationship concerns, and questions about the future. I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent teens and young adults, including those navigating ADHD, autism, executive functioning challenges, and self-advocacy. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and person-centered approaches. Whether you're exploring career and college decisions, adjusting to a new season of life, or seeking greater confidence and direction, I strive to help you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and supported. I value diversity, inclusion, and creating a welcoming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. My personal and professional experiences have deepened my appreciation for neurodiversity, and I am passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths while navigating life's challenges.
