My Background and Approach
I’m currently a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee, completing my clinical hours under the supervision of Mariah Rideaux, LMFT #135594. While I’m early in my journey as a therapist, I bring deep empathy, curiosity, and commitment to each client I work with. I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a powerful, evidence-based approach that helps individuals, couples, and families move from disconnection and conflict to deeper emotional closeness and resilience. My training allows me to support clients in understanding their patterns, expressing their needs, and building stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I’m here to walk alongside you with care, structure, and support as you work toward meaningful change. I offer in-person as well as online counseling.

I believe in the power of empathy, connection, and honoring each person’s unique story. I value equity, inclusion, and the beauty of human diversity. I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming space for all clients, and I proudly support the LGBTQ+ community. I strive to understand the impact of social inequities and how they shape our emotional lives and relationships. As a partner of 20 years and a parent of two teens, I also bring a deep respect for the complexities of family life and long-term connection.
